They were going to play in same stadium next season. The only uncertainty is their future in AZ with no new permanent home. Players report to where the team plays in whatever city it’s scheduled to play to get paid.
This uncertainty and low revenue earnings means they are years away. So with no super star players plus needing a lot more time to sort things out make AZ a perfect fit to draft the young Russian phenom and wait for his arrival. - Quinn's Quest
It’s complete BS! Those guys are NHL players, they deserve to play in world class facilities on par with the other 31 teams. With the uncertainty I don’t blame any players drafted by them not wanting to play there. They need to make this right sooner than later. Even if they do build, it’s a three year process to construct a building….it’s embarrassing for the league. |

Sure the drafted players not under contract have choices. The ones under contract can only get their agents to demand a trade but so few have there have any pull. Most are just happy collecting an NHL paycheck.
Is it a crappy situation, of course it is! Will not be surprised if team is moved to a ready to use stadium location. |

I don't have a lot to say about him at this point other than he is a longshot.

I look at trying to get the number 3 pick this way. When Canucks in the past have selected a top five Swede, it has paid off well for them for years and years. All three previous selections have had a huge impact on the team one way or another so I say go for it.
Go big or go home. |

Did you guys see the Coyotes literally Rick Rolled their fan base into thinking they were releasing new stadium plans? Lol. What a joke of a franchise. Check out their twitter, it’s hilarious |

Allvin continues to make the rounds with Swedish media.
Reiterated his desire for finding a third line centre and improving the defense.
Interesting comments on Hoglander & how his confidence suffered before the coaching change and how impressed they are with his play in Abby
.....................................................................................
I have heard a few times to expect Hogs back next year. He looked like Abbys best player by far. |

On Hoglander I get the sense TG once he was an NHL coach was set in his ways on how every player should be instead of each individual is different. In life we all are different & handled differently. There are somethings that are common to all players. Topping the list is top flight conditioning. Accountability. Next up coaching & implementing systems to suit the roster make up. Structure begins at the POHO all the way down to the coaches. Any conflict in Mgmt permeates down. |

My summer predictions for trades.
JTM and our first for CBJ first. Costly yes but third OA don't go for nothing
Podz Rathbone Raty for Lafreniere
Myers minus 2 mil for Rasmussen
Boeser for Zaitsev. Not a good swap but I think something like that will happen.

I think there are lots of parts he doesn't like and will be quick to change. You can't bring back a bottom 10 team again next year (yes 11). My gut says he will move a lot this summer.

I think Hughes Petey and Demko are the untouchables. It depends on the returns. I would not be surprised one day this summer to see Podz involved in a trade he is a big trade chip.

That is a lot to digest.
The 1st trade has potential but I really don’t like getting softer.
Laffy’s skating is a big concern for me. I like him but rather a 1 for 1.
Myers has to go 👍
Boeser imo they hold out for more.

He said the same the year before and did pretty well nothing. I'd say he has made a lot of his changes and he has been trying to do things but hasn't got anything done yet. He even said it all depends on cost. |

Pinning my hopes on the NHLPA & NHL agreeing to a bigger cap hike. The time it buys us would be huge. |

How can you think Lafreniere is a bad contract when he doesn't have one for next year. Rasmuessen is 1.4 mil. If he stinks send him down. You are clearing cap room.
Boeser is overpaid, Myers is overpaid. That is two bad not one.
