It's basically a leak in one of your lungs, air escapes into your thorax and it has nowhere to go so the pressure builds up so it gets harder and harder to breathe and fill your lungs. You've probably seen an action movie where a guy gets shot and it happens so they stab him with a pen or a valve to let the air out

Yes, the build up on my bronchi is slowly going away, taking steroids (puffers) 6x a day to help the recovery.

I am also on a diet and exercise plan to help with the recovery.
