Mitch Marner can’t play playoff hockey. He may have been the worst 5 on 5 player all series. He’s the guy to let go but they’ll hang Willy out. Unfortunate they can’t really do anything with JT. Hope to (frank)ing god the Justin Holl experiment is over for good.

Absolutely! I think we are going to have quite the exciting summer. And not just for the Leafs. After these odd series, I think there will be a ton of movement this year.

It's obvious making some significant change is needed, but 'blowing it up' does nothing but put the team backwards.

Someone has got to he collected enough to go this works, this didn't... We can build on it by making this change and get better.

Gross outcome, aside from game 3 it felt like they deserved a better fate. But also, they didn't get the better fate and that's going to be the bottom line because that's all that mattered.

Marner makes most sense. His game sinks in playoffs. Matthews looked like poop too. However, he was on a line with Marner. Going to need speed next year on line 2 with Tavares. And hopefully they can re-sign Schenn, ROR and Acciari. Wouldn’t blame those guys for not wanting to though.

You know what annoys me about that stick hold by Gudas is that it was a direct scoring chance. Which is why they called the goal back against JT last year for the Holl interference/pick and roll. The consistency annoys me to no end.

2 reasons why Matthews might get traded before Marner :
His contract is up and he doesn't want to stay or re-sign
Nobody wants Marner's contract.
