Read up on Dalibor Dvorský a bit, checks lots of boxes for VAN. Reasonable chance he may fall to them. - VanHockeyGuy
I also thinks he checks a lot of boxes. Fills some future needs with his style of play.
A lot of players that will be available fit needs for Van
I'm at a current debate over Matthew Wood. Potential is there, fills size need but it's a lot of risk at 11. Very raw talent. As I seen a scout say that his production has not matched viewings of him. I thought the same thing every time I watched him play this year but it was there. I don't see Tage Thompson though like Button says.

Sometimes you need to roll the dice, especially if Allvin's scouts are high on him! If he's going to micromanage them like JB did this organization is in worse shape than we thought. I'd be okay with either of them.

Allvin also has a scouting background. By the sounds of it, a majority of GM's are very much involved in a top picks.
I'd trust JB over the scouts. Before Jim got there, they were by far the worst drafting team.
To be the top drafting team (in terms of hitting NHLers) over any given decade... hitting on 35% to 40% of your draft picks would get you there.
Over the span of a decade, assuming you hold all of your 7 picks every year, it really breaks down to hitting on about 7 more players than the average team.
At the end of this season, Jim could have 10 players play 200 plus games from 6 drafts. That's 23% which would be league average after 6 seasons.

If you won't let your scouts do their job or discount their suggestions they go FU like Brackett did.
Benning should have spent more time learning how to negotiate contracts and trades instead of trying to be super scout!
Time will tell how the scouting turns out, it won't be good if they don't have a collective word at the table.
There’s a growing consensus that the latter, David Reinbacher, is the best defenceman in the draft. The 6’2” Reinbacher has earned comparisons to Moritz Seider not just because of his comparable style of play but because of his similar situation in his draft year.
In the YouTube video I posted yesterday, all 3 said the complete opposite. He's nothing like Seider was in his draft year.

If some of them would just (frank) off on their own because past the 1st round which is where their work is mostly done, they have been poop still. Running out of potential in the later rounds as well.

I only could read like 30 pages before I went to the end....
I got banned for "religious reasons" once on here. The day of the US pullout of the middle east. I had posted a news clip, and got banned because someone Muslim was offended by my post.
Why can't someone of faith have and keep beliefs that you might not? Why are the equality people the first to point out who's the scum of the earth? Talk about cultural appropriation....God's message to Noah the he won't do no more floods? (rainbow)
Oh yeah...during the thirty someone was "no its not.." When Lord of the Large made a take on hard drugs in Vancouver.
Sooooo, he's right.....again.
Now before being banned for being an ist or a phobe. Who you love is who you love. What consenting adults do, is none of my business. Its the targeting of children that is concerning. You do you....just leave them kids alone.

No one is targeting kids except priests and the Trumps and Epsteins of the world. And while you may not have even considered it, queer people are children when they are young and suffer from far greater self harm and suicide rates than straight people. So this idea saving children from knowing about being gay is doing them a favour is, again, ignorance disguised as being apolitical.

The biggest reasons companies get on board is for the HRC social credits. That’s why companies like annhueser Busch are still doubling down even after a 27 billion dollar loss. Because going forward social credits will be worth more than money. Meanwhile fuelling division to the point that a left vs right civil war is inevitable across North America. - I-own_da-Northwest
Well, you sound like a crazy person,. but I look forward to this new 'social credit' monetary system you are preposing.

and D Gavrikov have agreed on money and term for a Contract Extension, just working on language and structure.
Nice to see people talking about players that I posted back in November, but the usual shot them down, but now can't shut up about them, because some guy named Scott Malloy or something like that, has endorsed them.

Somehow I think you probably deserved that ban. - micah555
And teaching them about such things before they've reached puberty and actually can HAVE sexual attraction to a gender (whichever gender it is) helps HOW? And affirming them when they play dress up in different gender clothes somehow means they MUST be transgender and therefore immediately put on puberty blockers and prepped for genital multilation surgery and therefore remove the possibility of them ever being able to have kids is SOOOO much better? I mean, what ever happened to "The Government has no place in the bedroom?", I'm all for consenting adults to do whatever they want behind closed doors as it's none of anyone's business, but parading it around and teaching it to kids who aren't of age to understand that maybe it's not for them and POTENTIALLY (note I'm not saying it DOES, just that it's a possibility) changing the course of their sexuality is not a good thing in my opinion.
