I'd wait for the clock to start on the pick to pull the trigger to see what prospects are still on the table. I am leaning towards moving the pick for him though.

Good Depth signing by the Bills Brandon Shell OT, give Brown a bit of competition.

Eichel this year has been very very good.

He's had three 20+ and 1 30+ goal out of 7 NHL seasons. He has always played with an edge, last two seasons he had 77 pims and isn't afraid to fight.

He plays how Greenway should play and makes Olo, Greenway, Girgs expendable.

With Michkov in the KHL for 3 more years, could easily spell a drop to 13.

With a rebuild in Philly he should be a target for Buffalo. I discussed a package deal of him, Provorov and Hart, that might be too big of a deal to swing but it would immediately push the Sabres into playoff contention area.

Greenway and Olo played throughout the lineup. Konecny could play 3rd line and move up as needed. He is a better utility player than Mitts.

Simashev could be the best D in the draft if his development goes well. Can't argue with a 6'4 frame that skates well.

I keep flipflopping between wanting him or Reinbacher. I think Reinbacher has the better ceiling but I like the play Simashev provides and how he fits into this org. Considering Reinbacher likely goes first anyway, there's a good chance he's there at 13.
Two years in a row that a Russian is predicted to Buffalo in the first round. Maybe they get it right this year.

Ya, I'd be happy with him no doubt. His review about his compete level wasn't stellar...not a knock, but one would hope the key intangibles for a possible top 10 pick would in fact be stellar.
