From what I've seen and heard, Dahlin has been the one leading the team in everything. Off ice workouts, pregame workouts, offseason conditioning, holding players accountable, being vocal when necessary.

Definitely begs the question, what exactly is zem girgensons doing ?
Yeah, tripped over the blue leg that was there keeping that little wall up. Guys gonna break a hip and then we are really up sh!ts crick with the VP. Guy needs a Service Dog to help direct and keep him on his feet.
yes and no. I mean in terms of assets you're probably right, but his contract structure is such that a buyout hits the Sabres with a nasty cap hit right in the middle of when they would want the most savings.

Skinner is not speedy nor physical, he relies on edge work and IQ. The cliff imo won’t be as steep for him. - ImThatGuy
It's still a 9 mil cap hit and there will be a drop off. He wont be terrible or anything like that but, if they want to free up most of that 9 million, they'll have to pay steep-ish price.

I agree....plus he is a rat on the ice, can transition to 4th line winger ...I mean WTF, Sabres are use to throwing money away unnecessarily on the 4th line wings.
Buyout candidate in 3 years, with 1 year at 65% spread over 2 years - IonSabres
I might be a bit cynical but, I think it needs to happen summer 2025. That's when they'll be right in the heart of their window and feel the cap squeeze.
