its not their year yet

I expect them to be patients with the rebuild. As they should.

If they can use their cap space to pull a move and get a pick as well, then good.

But other than that, a trade like we have seen last season to get Dach might be hard to do once again.

Getting Caufield long term at the right price could go a long way to make this team a contender at some point (5 or 6 years from now?).

That and the draft should be the main focus for the Habs Having 2 first round picks in the first round, one being a top 5 pick will most likely be the main thing going on this summer for this team.
