The Blues won the trade, Vegas won the trade, Florida won the trade (2x - Montour/Skunk), The Flyers lost the trade.

The Sabres might win the trades if you are approaching the NHL as a development league and plan to begin to compete in 2025/26.

Last season showed that personal stats and career seasons for players will not influence that approach, so Tage/Tuch can be used for entertainment until then.

Short sighted. Both players went to teams that we literally all ready Stanley cup contenders.

I am happy for Eichel if he closes it out. It does not bother my anymore. It did when we traded him but now not so much.

If Eichel has a big game it’s by far the better storyline and I’d expect it to be Eichel

Eichel is a very good player, if he wins Conn Smythe.. meh.... and frankly going to Vegas where he did not have to "be the guy" is working out well for him.

Tuch for us has been great. Krebs is quickly turning into one of my favorite players. like one of the little annoying ankle biter dogs that are always taking on the bigger dogs.

I am secure and frankly really happy with the way the Sabres are shaping up. (big assuming here) but if GMKA can snag a Top 4 RHD and a Vet Goalie to pair with Levi assuming we score at the same team rate, there is NO reason in the world why the sabers don't easily make the playoffs next year.

My prediction is we end up comfortably in the playoffs next year and win a round, by 2026 we are in the finals. Also the Sabres will be the gold standard for the next 10 years. I really believe that GMKA is setting he Sabres up for long term success.

I got an email last week saying , " you need to do nothing" and a seat is reserved at the new stadium.
