The Canucks will waddle around in the middle thinking they’ve killed it because they made the playoffs, at some point, meanwhile, teams the are purposely rebuilding will pass them in four years & they’ll still be wonder why it hasn’t panned out for them yet. Even the Flyers have been given the ok to rebuild, which I never thought I’d see with what’s remaining of my life.

Canucks seating capacity were 200 below full, the Flyers were 2000 below full capacity.

Another example of Canucks fans getting what they deser e.

Your spelling is as bad as my math, but I’ve come to terms with it.

In a simple answer no.

I don't think he was thrilled about having to buy out OEL either but here we are.

I think the situation of the team is dictating the direction. They had no cap room and teams did not want our players so the situation told FA he needs to find a way to create cap. OEL

What would be the point of paying EP 11 mil and having the team still on the bubble or out of the playoffs?

My personal thought is the team will not win unless they can get rid of more dead wood but that said I think they will fix it.

I go to the games because I like watching hockey. I don’t really care about the Stanley cup 🤷‍♂️. What I do care about is fast physical hockey. We need size and speed and I’ll be a happy fan

I want the Canucks to dump Boeser and sign Bunting. Most games I seen of him last year he was always there to step in to protect linemates. He was fast and he could score. Very much reminds me of Hyman.

I really hope they can find a stadium. The Tempe vote was absolutely infuriating. Also, who is that angry ginger on the coyotes? He may be the most exciting player in the sport lol. O’Brien I believe. Like a mix of Torres and Roussel

They've been building a winner (for other teams) for 15 years and still looking for a building, nothing ever changes. They still take every bad contract available for multiple picks, develop those drafted players, and then trade them to other teams when they have to pay them the big money. Just like the Aerosmith song, same ol' story and dance, nothing ever changes down in the desert.

A shortsighted view would have you believe that, however, when they hired Bill Armstrong two and a half years ago things changed. Whether they stay in Phoenix or move somewhere else, they’re gonna have a good young team in due time.

Most likely if they don’t build an arena. Vegas is only a four hour drive from here, all good.

I agree with lots that you post but I am not 100 % sure on this. I mean I do think that you are right, but Petey is a top 10 player in the league and if he wants 11 mil a year?

I really like the kid, but I would not give him 11. I think they are going to keep Miller because 8 mil is going to be a good cap hit for a PPG player especially in 4 years. Look what Bratt got paid yesterday and Povorov last week. Prices are going to go way up.

I think everything is on the table if the price is right.

- VANTEL

I doubt Miller's a ppg player in 4 years. It might be an eye opener this season if he has another step back... we'll see.

It all comes down to how happy Miller is at any given time. If he's frustrated for what ever reason or impatient with the team's direction etc... he will drag the team down with him.

No sane person would choose Canada over Arizona. Beautiful women and perfect weather. Not to mention the golf and food is infinitely better.

Hard to beat BC summers for sure. I’d like to do November to January in Az. February in whistler, March to May in AZ. June July in Van and September and October in Europe every year once I retire.

Golf is boring. You should come over to the Island and check out the surf scene sometime.

Once you are hooked on golf it’s game over. Never really got into surfing even though I lived in AUS for 14 months. I do enjoy mushrooms in Tofino though!

I’m having a Bud Light on the patio smoking a cigar, where the hell has the Zamboni driver been….I wanna rub it in how good it tastes on a hot day before I jump in our saltwater pool.

You need to pour that Bud Light into the Zamboni transmission.

He’s definitely a top ten center in the league. Why doesn’t Michael write about how great a season this kid had, from a Canucks perspective, a personal historic season. How many kids have the Canucks had like this?
- LeftCoaster

Don't you have a saltwater pool to be floating around in?

You can ramp up your Pouty Fan Club in September when the best Canucks team ever is getting ready for a high octane camp.
