need to see how they spend their money (especially on D). But *if* all of their best players step up, they get a full season of peak Demko & kill a few penalties, I can see them picking up 5-7 more wins to get close

Friendly reminder, OEL was 2nd in scoring by #Canucks Dmen last season. And maybe more hilariously Luke Schenn was third. Neither played after mid-February. 💕

While Brisebois and Wolanin and the rest of the crew weren't as bad at bleeding goals as OEL was, they came up a little short on the offensive side.

Who replaces Demko? Silovs isn't ready yet, though he is ready for 75% + of the starts in Abby this year. Then back-up next year if he does well.

So Hanifin for a first is what you will get.

You are also getting a first round pick Podz on ELC and a third for cap space of Dube and Vlad is market rate in this fourth year of cap crawl. We are giving you about 10 mil in cap space a first third and a very good prospect.
