What? I’ve got no patience whatsoever these days lol - Karine Hains
Karine I can't ban AF as he still has his blogger creds lol. But just look at the nonsense trolling posts as more hits on your cv, People look at how many hits you got not the contents
Hopefully you will follow in the footsteps of Yost and EE and we can say we knew her when.... |

yeah I get it, I've lost my patience quite some time ago, never really got it back... it's just funny because we had a big "debate" about cap circumvention a few days ago in here, I'm still not sure why we were arguing about this lol. - Pat1993
1: Because Mr.Peanut trolled us with a similar comment.
2: Adam isn't serious, he knows Price can't play anymore and the Habs aren't doing anything wrong.

Hits are only counted as individual IP's visiting the blog page itself, not the comments. I always read Karine, only person other than maybe Jan left here. |

oh I understand both these points, just not our other fellow poster who was arguing about it... but it's all good, the variety of different opinions and points of view usually makes things "interesting" in here

J'aimerais ça qu'ils puissent l'Affecter a des travaux légés pendant sa blessure. Il pourrait vendre des hot-dogs pour mériter sa paie

I was happy with the ambassador role he played last season.
Will probably be much harder to do while living in BC though. |

It’s a guy not leaving 40 M on the table is not cap circumvention, he’s not gonna be miraculously healed for the playoffs and play while the Habs use the players they got with his 10 M on LTIR. And if you can’t tell the difference well…you’re a lost cause - Karine Hains
I think the fact Pronger is/was on LTIR and working in the league offices is the problem.
I have a lot of issues with how LTIR is used in some cases (like to get teams to the cap floor without actually paying money), but have no issues with players getting their money.

He was there at almost every event involving players and the community, went and met with fans, stayed around the team, did the triple low five at the P.K. appreciation night.
He was there and acted accordingly as a member of the Montreal Canadiens that cannot play anymore.
After the whole Captain Weber fiasco the year before, I was very pleased.

The Arizona Coyotes are buying out the contracts of both Zack Kassian and Patrik Nemeth. They now have $23.3M in cap hit (28% of the cap) from players who won't play a game in 2023-24.
$1.8M from Dead Cap
- Kassian: $1.67M
- Nemeth: $167k
- OEL: $20k
$21.4M from LTI Retired
- Voracek: $8.25M
- Weber: $7.86M
- Little: $5.3M

Imagine for a second being Logan Cooley.
If you stay in school 3 more years, you get to become a UFA and sign with someone else.
How is it not a very interesting scenario for him?

It's a risk worth taking.
Basically a Win/can't lose move for the Habs.
