is there a team less attractive destination for UFA's then WPG? Even Arizona with their peewee rink and dysfunctional organization are more attractive from a tax and weather point of view.

I don't know why they don't go for a full rebuild. they could acquire many picks by trading their core pieces who want out.

Considering Scheifele, Wheeler, Dubois and Helleybuyck (butchered it) are on their way out, the time to rebuild/retool is now.
