If it’s anything like the last few years, at the end of today KA would have signed two UFAs - both for Rochester. We’ll see if they’re all in, Orlov would be the first indication, along with a fleury or Korpisalo or Anderson. Depth forward would be nice too - turbo044
It literally can't be and Kev has said it won't be.

Gerbe is fun if nothing else. What did he say the other day, we’re all going to be happy today? Then nothing happened for the days leading up to the draft - turbo044
Was just listening to nhl channel - they were talking about how little cap space there is around the league. It wouldn't surprise me if there was a surprise short term signing here. Hopefully Adams isn't being capped by ownership. |

I'd love to see us throw 6 - 7 mill at Bertuzzi for a year or two |

Could do it with Orlov if they thought he was the right piece. Maybe ROR comes back for a year for cheap. |

I think there are quite a few options they could do. Those two are good. Andersen is another. |

Jason Zucker would be a fine stop gap middle six winger.
Dude plays with a bite in the playoffs too |

Mentioned this name a couple months ago but didn’t get much traction.
Makes even more sense now with Quinn out |

I'd take that in a second - toug loss for Pitt.
The league year starts today. Dahlin and power extensions announced today? |

The buzz for Pesce in here has gotten me to want that the most, but I can’t see why the Canes trade him. Is he thought to be too much next year? Canes don’t look to be that bad with cap if you ask me and they don’t have any defencemen signed for any kind of long term. Sabres would have to give up at least Quinn or Peterka. That hurts a little more now with Quinn being down and you’d lose both. I’d do it still if they also got Bertuzzi. Pesce and Bertuzzi, that’s all in and going for it if that’s what Adam’s said. Prove it. |

I assumed Greenway was taking one of their jobs this year and him the next. Might end up being the case. There's just so many skilled guys coming next year for top 9 jobs. - Lunaion

5 years, $26M total for Zucker. |

We don’t need Malcolm. We will have hopefully UPL and comrie in Rochester - IndianaSabresFan
UPL would never clear waivers in a million years to get to Rochester. Comrie is iffy, I could care less if either is claimed. Hopefully sign fleury, Anderson or Korpisalo (I think a Hellebuyk trade seems highly unlikely) and trade UPL for a 2024 4th |

From what I read, Carolina has a cap number for each player and they won't exceed it. They take the cap seriously.

A chance, sure. 10% for UPL. People forget that he was a rookie last year. Would it really be a shock if he turned out to be a decent nhl goalie at some point?
I think comrie clears. |

It just depends on teams goalie situation. Goalies are harder to claim since you typically only carry two. |

I really haven’t cared about Free Agency opening in years. I do this year and it’s awesome it falls on a Saturday. |
