Flyers would retain part of Hayes contract. I believe he was focal point of trade talks between the 2 clubs recently, not Konecny or Laughton.

Blues want to remain in playoff contention next season. May explore bringing back ROR in July, as well - he would be open to a return.

Actually if you go back when Adams was hired, I was one of the few who said let's give the new blood a try. You can say anything you want to me about Ullmark. Only once did he have a Save % under .905 for the Sabres. It was a mistake by Adams his last year of RFA to sign him to a 1yr deal and not more. And yes he used the Sabres the following year to leverage a better contract. Guess that's business. I like the growing of the Sabres young Core, doesn't mean I can't complain about things that are the same since he got here. We need a Goalie and a Top 4 D. See people saying be patient it's only June 23rd, well I now we were talking the Same thing 3yrs ago probably around the same time and every year since. Sabres are growing and getting better, but they haven't done anything yet. You keep sugar coating things while I will speak my mind.

Listen, I hate revisionist history more than anyone.

What we cannot do- is claim Adams has great foresight predicting Tage would be good, patting him on the back for being patient with guys (you did this yesterday) then in the same breathe excuse him for not knowing guys like Ullmark and Montour etc were actually good.

Sabres need a middle pairing RD and a goalie. That’s the facts
