I know Ek likes to pretend the day after to bring new guys to the rumor board but Weekes said yesterday how teams were calling Vegas wondering what they were doing with Thompson.

That would be an awesome acquisition.

Fwiw, Moore basically had the exact same even strength production that Will Smith had. They used him in a more two way role than they gave Smith (and moore had weaker teammates he had to carry).

I know you're a sad boy today but there's a difference between "acquiring defensemen" and "acquiring good defensemen" that you want to keep for a long time.

I will not make a single excuse for Kevyn to not do what needs to be done. He needs to pay up.

That doesn't mean that these real trades for real players that teams really want aren't a challenge.
