technically he could still be the BPA though, he's a dman but a great one can be better than other forwards.

that's my gut feeling as well, but maybe in 3 or 4 years I'll be happy AF with the pick if he turns in the solid NHL dman he's projected to be.

I've heard today that Reinbacher could be ready to play in the AHL as soon as next season...I don't really think it's a good idea though

The only way to get studs at those positions is to draft them ... other positions you can trade for.
