that's kind of the point, they literally just started rebuilding this team, let's see what this new management can do before throwing tomatoes. I agree it isn't the "sexiest" pick but that doesn't mean it's a bad one.

What i have heard is it's NHL or back to Europe. Next year he can play AHL

that's a poor example though, it's about how the team is built, having the same kind of overpaid player is the problem... you still need elite forwards to win.

I think Caufield "could" be a 50 goal scorer, and with Suzuki as his C, I could see them potentially being an elite duo.

I think Caufield "could" be a 50 goal scorer, and with Suzuki as his C, I could see them potentially being an elite duo.

same. those two are both really skilled, and they seem to mesh very well together. just need to find them that bigger but still skilled forward on that line... could be Slaf at some point, who knows.
