BPA...some people think this is ONLY based on skills, that's not the case. Many factors are included in the evaluation of a player, BPA for a specific team is based on skills, how complete the player is, team needs, future projection (where they think the players development is at and how much progress can be expected), players play vs teams desired play (la game dans la game/MSTL), I am sure the team have many other factors they look at also.

I am and forever will be a proponent of not selecting the guy who shoots up the rankings late in the game. There’s a reason they were lower in the first place.
