Do not have to calm down-- I have seen him play 17 games to be exact-- Reinbacher 7 times--- you do not draft a 3-4 d over a guy who could score 40 goals-- bottom line. Not sure why people are saying he might not come over-- there has not been report saying he is not coming over. Personally I would have taken a shot with Michkov, just in case and like you said you have to draft those players.

They'll have a good defenseman and no game changing elite stud that 99% of cup winning teams have, and those guys can only be had by drafting them once every 5-10 years. He's going to come over in three years and challenge Ovi for best Russian player ever.

The habs do have very solid contacts at SKA so maybe they had good reason not to take him. Starting tomorrow I'm cheering for the guy and hoping he's the next Seider but for tonight I'm disappointed.

pretty sure Smith was their guy if he would still have been there, but he was gone like most expected

as much as people like goals and want them, go ask Toronto what happens if you build your team around 4 forwards and one defenseman for the most part
