The best team ever on paper. |

Yeah I remember watching a bunch of his games when he was with the Hitmen in the WHL and thought, Lazy but a decent skater and a great shot. Little to no Hockey sense. I sure miss the days seeing the look on Travis Green's face when Jake would dump the puck in the corner on a 3-1 then make a line change.

He did bring about 20 minutes of enjoyment as a Canuck. So there is that.

Thanks guys for the Hate Sunday Birthday wishes. I had a beer for each of you. Cheers. |

Why are they so connected ... in your opinion? - Sayros
Like they said they don’t want to rebuild. So having JTM gives them the balance to have a shot at winning. Like supporting that young core with a strong competitor. JTM’s emotional displays aside, he’s had their backs when needed. |

Apparently cap purgatory is better than a re-build. |

I think Michael owed Eklund a favour.
It's definitely payback of some kind. |

Nobody wants us.
We should ask Kman to do our blogs. He seems to like us.

I'd do it, but you guys don't want to read the other 98 chapters of Moby D ick. |

I've already read it before, but I'm game as long as we can discuss each chapter at the end. |

One part where I have to disagree. Having lots of wingers doesn't make us deep. Factoring in quality, I think we're quite thin actually.
Totally agree on more stable PK. You can't win anything with the way it's been last few years. - Sayros
Deep in regards to offensive ability. Size & grit not so much. Still need to see a better forecheck 4 lines deep. Puck retrieval has far to go.
A more stable D & better break outs should be expected. That’ll help but still C’s to be better.
The PK will decide PO’s or not is what I’ll pin the season on. Injuries aside that is as in reasonable. |
