You actually think those are meaningful signings? LOL...he's openly said they aren't ready to compete, those are filler positions. He still has 10 million dollars in cap space and at this years trade deadline he'll have 46 million dollars in cap space. What he's doing is way above your comprehension level. For 2024/25 he'll have roughly 38 million dollars in cap space, that man has a plan and he's sticking to it.

Still don't know how I feel about the week. Yes we improved but I think we are still a bubble team and for that I would have rather stayed at 11 pick and kept our draft picks.

There could be a number of reasons for the Hronek trade. The hockey should be better for sure, and I am actually looking forward to seeing DPetey Lickermakki and Willander make the team in a couple of years, but I would have liked to had the picks. I get a bit of mixed messages. If the plan was to be a good playoff team this year they failed IMO but if the plan was to tread water this year and build the future at the same tim, then they did OK.

The middle sucks. Be really good or really bad.

It's not his entry level contract, he signed that last March. It's his second contract and it's a two year deal. Two-way in year one and one-way in year two....good deal.
