I would bet Willander and DPetey become part of the roster and after that I don't know. Soucy may turn out to be a hell of a signing or an Oh Hell signing. He is still fairly young and three years is a long ways away. - VANTEL
You can trade Soucy in 2 years if you like.

Yes if those two don’t make top 4 for Canucks in a few years it will be another set back. As for the rest always good to fill in the bottom. If not can always be signed or traded for to get. - Quinn's Quest
Both are trending very well. As for a setback we haven’t drafted D high enough for so many years & why the depth is so low. Far too early too worry about them. D take time & both are very mobile which is most key in todays NHL & they play solid D. |

I see their window closing soon. Just my opinion even though they have MacK. I see it turning, now spending to the max, players getting older and long term. Time will tell.
I think LA had a good summer, and Vegas will always have the best players wanting to live there, so teams need to have a plan now. - VANTEL
I dunno, Makar pretty young. Girard, Byram too.
I can see Mackinnon winning a couple cups on the back half kind of like Sid did. He's not old yet either at 27... and Rantanen even a year younger. |

Players don’t quit. Fans are silly if they think they would. I rather see them play to win at all times for pride & jobs & the next season always. - Nighthawk
Agree ... but rolling out poor Spencer Martin with that atrocious D & penalty kill was kind of like the management quitting in my opinion. It was tracking so well for a bottom 3 picks, but then they felt compelled to do the coaching change mid-season instead of in the off-season. Could have easily rode Gabby to the end of the year. He didn't care, he just loves the game. |

I could see Mynio sneaking in there and getting a decent amount of NHL games. Kid is pretty steady back there. |

Or extend him if he is decent.

BB was done like dinner & idc about him tbh. It was more about bringing back Demko & then playing him so much that was what you’re getting at I believe. I just never saw top 3 a reality without winning the lottery. Top 5 or top 7ish more like it. |

In the case of BB he still gets paid. Sure the optics looked bad but didn’t stop RT & Gonchar & Foote signing on is all that matters. UFA’s still signed here even in a skinny UFA pool. Really looking forward to what the new D coaches can teach the D & prospects.
Cannot get attached to either players or coaches. It’s biz. |

I’ve done it a couple times. It’s not bad. |

Buddy of mine literally group near there so it was essentially his back yard growing up. Him and a friend blazed the trail as kids before it ever became a thing . |

I don't know one person who does the Grind for the views.
Now Shannon Falls is a similar grind, but you can find some nice secluded spots and crazy views from up there. |

I use to do something like that at day break followed by repeating it in the afternoon with half a Mule Deer or Mountain Goat strapped to my back. Had to keep the pace up because of the (frank)ing Horseflies attracted to the blood running down my back..

There are multiple hikes up Grouse with no crowds and decent views. |

Sedin does it 11 times and the prospects struggle up it once. Shows just how far off these kids are from being in elite shape like the Sedin's were. |
