Overall organizational depth is improving albeit not as much elite talent we’d like to see. It’s underrated on many accounts but there is plenty of ELC type contracts that are on the horizon to make noise. 2 years away at earliest but it’s improving greatly. Depth role types are what I mean & looking better than we’ve ever had in the past. Not saying expectations are sky high but it is much better. It’ll go long ways to long term support on call ups & competition.

Leaves the NHL roster to be much much better & hungrier to buy all in & produce real success. That is only optimism not my reality tbh. Like many in here it’s show me.

The farm doesn’t replace NHLers it is a proving ground. The NHL roster is accountable for any success or failure & that falls onto PA now that he has had enough time to make his mark.

Explain how it’s a chronic shoulder problem

Every player has had a concussion. A one of shoulder injury is also normal. If you want to complain about the trade don’t make sh!t up. If you don’t like the player that’s fine. But the injury prone label is absurd

I haven't claimed Hronek is injury prone although I do feel the trade is a bit suspect. We'll see as the season unfolds. That's where I stand.

Makes sense , he has a long term contract at 6 + , and if he finds the game people thought he had potential too , then that could be a steal of a deal for a top 4 D

Chronic not my choice of words. Simply believe it was a 2023 injury & should be fine with the rest he has had to rehab & recover. Not worried in fact I’m bullish on Hronek.
