When you get two months into a trade negotiation before asking about no trade clauses

“Crying” = noticing any perceived deficiencies on one of, if not the singular worst, run pro sports franchises in the last 50 years. I don’t think anything else needs to be said to illustrate what a pointlessly obnoxious, monumentally stupid take that is. The crying will stop when the team stops losing. Until then, those of you that prefer to stare at the interior wall if your colon, and mumble about what a great GM Adams is, are going to have to deal with a little bit of “crying”.

If this is the case, Adams gets an F for this offseason.

3 goalies, 10 NHL D contracts, no forward upgrades, a complete failure of a team that just missed the playoffs last season and then lost Jack Quinn until January.

Again if nothing changes, this is a complete failure and a joke to the fan base.

Sabres needed some good defenseman for when injuries pop up. They signed 2 nhl guys.

I do t hate this scenario:

Over pay hellebuyck for a 1,2 year deal. We’d most likely lose UPL in waiver UNLESS we made other adjustments to avoid it, but what’s the plan for him anyway? Unless we can trade him. We’ve seen enough of a snapshot of him. Big, but prone to giving up untimely goals. We have an army of AHL goalies right now. If we lose him, it’s not the end of the world IMO.
Levi gets 30 games in and has a security blanket for this year, the playoffs, maybe next year too
