Man, couple things that really hurt, Quinn and Greenway. Like slotting in Quinn on the 2nd line gives you good middle six flexibility. I’m not seeing it, but if Greenway can transform into a good player would help things out too. I hated watching him play last year. Oafy, but he was scoring goals some how. Almost have to keep Olofsson now. Top line and 4th line are as good as any in the league.

Overall I’m good with the lineup, but will be pissed if it turns out Gerbe is full of poop.

Yeah, probably, have you seen the contracts Uncle Lou has handed out? He just gave out 3 7+ year contracts in a year where everyone is getting 1-3 years.

This is already a weird year, from really no huge trades and players taking less term and money for most part because of the Cap situation. A lot of what is happening know could be the end for some teams. A lot of teams can't take money back in trades or contracts for some. Hope Adams has something more up his sleeve but as the days go along more and more teams dwindle from your list.

Middle 6 will change, but try Kulich first. Splitting Cozens and Mitts gives you the best shot at having both lines work. If it's not working, put them together and barely play the 3rd line again.

The Sabres were in a much much different place.

And the NFL you can rebuild at a much faster pace.

Sabres prospects take 2-3 years to see how your drafting and even another team (Rochester)

Allen got drafted …. And played within 6 months
