UPL had all the potential when drafted.

He has not showed any of it in the pros.

He hasn’t been good for any long stretch. Hell have a good game or two and then it’s awful.

they've said multiple times that levi (paraphrasing) is not a normal prospect. he's "different". I think they have a lot more faith in him, immediately, than we do.
