All things considered, with the Quinn injury I would say we are lucky to have Olofsson still on the roster.
Quinn might have a setback, take a few months to get back up to speed and with the type of injury, he might never be the same.
Let it play out and trade Olofsson at the TDL to a team desperate for scoring help.
I could see him go to a team like Pittsburgh or Washington, maybe even Dallas or Vegas. - Nightmare Fuel
We all know how that would end. If he's playing well at the time, they won't move him. If he's not playing well, they can't move him.
Rather see Kulich play.

The never ending cycle of Olofsson. He'd be gone if they could.

Let's be real, most of the cap is spent across the league. He's probably not going anywhere without bringing back cap.
Would still bet they weren't willing to retain.

Pretty much, still hope something might open up. I know it's a long shot. |

A lot of assumptions
We could trade him, a 1st round pick and Joker for Tom Wilson/cap dump |

Kickboxer on BBC America right now. Some say one of the biggest snubs in Oscars History. Daniel Day Lewis won best actor for his role of Christy Brown in My Left Foot over JCVD. Generational Talent Actor JCVD not even nominated for his leading role in Kickboxer. The Academy must not have known he was the Predator before he got poop canned.
It’s a travesty.

Why does this bother you?
The Sabres added 2 nhl defenseman and we're in mid july.
No teams are making moves.
The core of this team is set for 7 years - Boss34
Three years, unless you think Tuch isn't part of the core. |

JCVD no nomination, daniel day lewis wins it for a movie called my left foot
seriously if Kickboxer was named my right nut, he might have had a chance
I feel bad for Michel Qissi as he had no chance for best supporting actor
Denzel deserved it for Glory

skinner 4 years left
there is a decent chance that none of these 20 prospects produce in the nhl like skinner and tuch did last year |

I agree, but hopefully a few trades go down and maybe open up some things, it's a long shot. The time was at the TDL and a injury saved him there to. They had a offer from Dallas that fell through because they thought Tuch was gonna be out longer. |

We could also posit that Olofsson is going to twirl his stick like a helicopter after a goal and fly it to the moon, but that isn't happening either. |

If they could just have flown him up to the press box more often, they make the playoffs.

How many weeks, I mean months, did everyone wonder if Olofsson was the issue, or Casey, or both, before they finally took action to find out. |
