Thank you. Came home from hospital yesterday after a week. Infection, then fever, followed a blood clot in leg. Been a long week. |

How do I best kill all of the weeds coming up through the pavers and in flower beds without killing flowers? |

The only person at fault for Sammy Blais is Sammy Blais. He didn't want to be here. Couldn't handle NY and it showed. |

I recently used a torch to kill weeds in my driveway and the gaps between my cement areas. Herbicide is good too if away from desirable plants. Vinegar will also work and is non toxic.
Around flowers manual pulling is your best bet. Make sure you get the roots etc. You could also use a spot treat herbicide if you have some room between the flowers.

I use vinegar a lot, too. It's great because it's non-toxic, but it won't kill the weeds fully. If you dose them with vinegar, wait a day or two and then pull them, otherwise they will rebound. It makes them much less resistant and easier to pull the whole root. |

I have noticed that too. Searching sucks for a lot of things. Their algorithm is crap now. |

Vinegar sounded like a good idea until i realized i'd need like a metric ton of it. How about one of those cool spray backpack things for the pavers. It's a LOT of weeds |

I use a basic sprayer when I am using herbicide. I also buy vinegar in bulk from sam's club.

If you have a ton it might need a refill or two but mine does quite a bit before running out. I usually use it every other year to kill poison ivy. |

This stuff is like weapons-grade herbicide. I hit my whole front lawn with it last fall and it killed all my clover and didn't hurt the grass at all.
You should also buy a surfactant with it (it helps it stick to the weed leaves) and I also bought a blue dye so you can see where you sprayed it and don't waste it going over it again and again. |
