for who? Wilson? that a great deal for him. Bad deal for Caps. He plays a style that his body will not hold up to, don't get me wrong he is exactly the type of power forward you want (most nights) he can actually contribute offensively, can punch you in the face and is really hard to play against but 6.5 aav, if he is healthy great deal for both but something tells me that he will be averaging 50 games a season.
