I don't know how many he will have. How does his injury not change little. He was a player who you would hope improved to help with that playoff push. I really don't get this take, actually it's pretty Stupid. If Adams is just hoping for internal growth then this hurts.

I think it opens a major hole both short term, and long term for the team and Quinn's development.

They were expecting bigger things from Quinn this year. If I had to guess they were expecting a 55-60 point season from him.

Him being injured for half the year not only puts his development behind, it opens a spot in the top 6.

Olofsson, like him or not, still fits that position, he may score more then the 8-10 goals we lose out on with quinner. Maybe an upgrade.

Basically we lost a guy that scored 4 more goals then girgensons last season.......

Long term , Quinn's health is very important, but this shouldnt delay his complete nhl development, when looking at his career hopefully.....

Until they trade him, this is more a fact than anything.

You cannot have him sitting on the bench making what he makes, and expect to be able to get anything at all for him in a trade.

You either trade him before the season, or he plays

I heard from a season ticket holder that olofsson's 5 on 5 play is getting better

he is the worst plus minus forward in the nhl the past 2 years

We have olofsson to plug in and also a ton of young rookies who deserve a shot on a scoring line with a true center in cozens.

The rookies like savoie and kulich can replace quinn, not play 4th line minutes IMO. That's why we signed the captains.

Why would I be ecstatic if Girgensons fails. The only thing we bet was a D man would have more points than Girgensons. Girgensons is fine in what he does, I just don't think he is needed anymore especially with bringing the other 2 Larry's back

4 guys battling for one spot that otherwise wouldn’t have been available without Quinn getting hurt.

If one of them are ready, no use in holding them back.
