Wait until Tampa, Boston, Florida, Toronto etc start to age out and then go for it.

I think you need an intelligence (like a QB) to be able to diagnose a situation on the fly, like Levi can. Maybe it's semantics and maybe positioning and iq go hand in hand. or lack of iq precludes the ability to position correctly in an instant.

The bruins have aged out

Tampa has shown signs of aging more to wear and tear on the tires / injuries.

Toronto will always be a major wildcard due to them being the leafs

Agreed. Savoie for Chychrun would've been fine with me, but two high first round picks for an oft hurt defenseman is bad business IMO.
