Looks like Ho-Sang, at age 27, is strongly considering retirement. He had another injury riddled season last year in the KHL, only 1 regular season game and 4 playoff games.
I wonder if he’s considering it truly due to the addition of injuries in his past or if the fact that he’s have to become a Russian citizen this year to play again? Apparently the team, Ufa Salavat Yulaev, is willing to take him on and has the paperwork ready for his citizenship.
Too bad that guy never made it over here in North America due to his non stop injury proneness

You don’t need to be a Russian citizen to play in the KHL. A few guys have become or have applied to become Russians. Brendan Leipsic was waived by the Caps after he made online misogynistic comments and made fun of teammates. The oligarch owner of his Russian team said he had been persecuted in Canada but is welcome in Russia. Another player, Brennan Menell has been granted citizenship because he said he wants to play for the Russian national team.

Nope, something has been changed (I admittedly did not know about this), seems like anymore than one year in the KHL needs this to happen
A KHL team can have 20 players in a game roster, 2 goalies and 18 players. Only 1 goalie can be non Russian and only 5 players total. 15 of the 20 players must be Russian. So this is why Ho-Sang would have to become Russian, his team already has the maximum amount of non Russian players atm.

Arm hurt for a few months, lost some movement, kept working it out. Went to the doctor and got a scan. My upper arm has been micro fractured for months and slowly getting worse (frank) I'm dumb. My wife told me to go to the doctor the day it hurt.

Is this currently? What do you have to go through to get it fixed? Or went through?

I need to go in next Monday and they will set my arm and make a shoulder/arm cast apparently. Get to wear it for a month or so. If I let it go my arm would eventually lose upward mobility and the muscle/bone would shift dynamically. It's no brain surgery, but annoying as hell.

Oh having a cast is never fun, thankfully that only happened once to me in life… other than the brain I’ve got a body that can take abuse lol
Is this your main arm as well? I’m super happy to hear they caught this in time for you btw

even if the whole thing sort of falls off, there's still lots of things you can do, Frenchie - no need to worry
