I wouldn't mind if they kept Petry...but does he really want to be here?

...or his wife I should say?

We will start to run out of guys to complain about...

I guess fans will focus on Armia, but who cares if he plays on the 4th line? Do we really want our top prospects to play on the 4th line?

I think they could use a big guy on the 4th line that isn't a soft floater. Problem with Armia is that he has too much offensive talent to be on a 4th line...but he's so frustrating to watch because the nights he feels like playing are more sparse than Alex Kovalev's

yeah, Armia for 2 more years.
I don't really have a problem having propects play on the 4th. it all depends on how you roll your lines. if the 4th line gets 6-8 min a night.... no. play Armia and Pezzetta.
but with 10-12 min, plus counting on injuries to move up the lienup... no problem. anyway the lineup is set, no spot for prospects.

Yeah...and neither has Hughes...It's a matter of time until he's shipped I think.

Also, what the hell are they going to do with 3 goalies? Unless Jake Allen is injured again....

Anyway, the forward prospects coming in this year (Farrell, Roy, Kidney) need seasoning in the AHL

I could see Heineman pushing for a spot, he already has pro experience and did well in his short stint with the Rocket last season

yep, Heineman and Ylonen will both push to grab a spot on the 4th imo.

I saw some people putting Newhook with Suzuki and Caufield...that line would have tons of speed but they are small. I still think Anderson starts the season with Caufield and Suzuki, with a second line made of Slafkovsky-Dach-Monahan. Newhook starts on the 3rd line with some PP time.

yeah, we're putting lines together just for the fun of it. that will change 100 times over the course of the season. Habs have Caufield/Newhook/RHP/Gally. they should try to spread them out. one on each line.

I saw a few guys here saying Dvorak is injuried and would not be ready to start the season.

Not sure if they would use Newhook or Monahan in that spot untill he comes back. Or maybe Evans?

good point, I would think Monahan is a better fit to center Slaf.

Are you going to see Tool in Montreal (or are you in Toronto) this fall? Pretty sure you said you were a fan.

I want to see them in a bad way but the prices are insane...some of them, we are talking 650 $ or so.

Those at 125-150 are not really good seats

- deadpoulet

I wanted to go...seen them many times for like 35$

The prices are stoooopid crazy. At that price, might as well take a plane to mexico or europe to go see them

Newhook will get his chance on the first line per Saint-Louis.

Caufield Suzi Newhook / Speed line
Slaf Dach Anderson / Power line
Armia Money Gally /Vet line
RHP Evans Pezz / Jam line

Dvo injured

But we all know changes will be made to the lineup before puck drop. Would love see Armia and Evans out to make room for a kid.
