Getting a 5th for Kase is a great deal, I don't see Kase being an NHL player. Plus they get Rizzo who was the rumored player in the TDA trade.

Briere and/or scouts must see something in Rizzo to target him, plus I would have to assume Rizzo and Carolina have some sort of issue for them to dump him for nothing.

This is around the time half the buzzers call him sucky and the other half double down calling him a star in the making.

I’m feeling better about the DeAngelo buyout now as it was obviously a wink wink deal. How are others feeling? Obviously doesn’t make up for Fletchers overpay and absurd TDA contract but just concentrating on Danny, this seems like the best of a bad situation. Now if only STL would comeback with more 😃

I'm just hoping that Fletcher remains employed as a studio analyst to give us his insight on the NHL. I hate to see a talent like that wasted.
