listening to tasker talk, sounds like with hines, they were fine throwing him out there for both kr and pr and have him as the backup 3rd down 2 minute rb

with harty, they want him as one of their top 4 wr's so they do not want him to return punts and kicks which then opens a spot for another returner on the roster and my guess is no desire to throw hyde back there again for punts
