Anyone else hearing about Petey’s side asking 14m/year? I’m thinking it makes sense as guys will generally take a discount to play for a hometown team or a contender, neither of which the Canucks are to EP40. There’s no reason for Petey to remain on a team that is annually a 7-12th place team in the conference with no real hope to get out of that situation in the next 5+years.

So there is no hope for Hronek, at right D to play with Hughes? And Tanev only played 65 last year. Over course of his career he has missed a significant amount of games.

Forgot that the pandemic shortened the 20-21 season, so my bad for that one.

I only mentioned Hronek because he is a Canuck, Tanev isn’t. Tanev was good for the Canucks but also frustrating.
