In no way will Fedotov be ready to play in NHL games by October.

Add to that the suspension is pretty toothless considering Russia isn't allowed to play any international games anyway. And what can they really do about it if the KHL doesn't recognize the suspension?

Down the line It could be a problem for the KHL, but in the immediate, it doesn't seem like much more than a moral victory for the Flyers.
