Do people just make this stuff up? How in the world is Letang unrated in PK? I get he wasn't first over the boards, but he was 4th on the team in 4v5 time.
Finishing at 95% is just ludicrous.

His PK TOI probably just don’t meat the quota.
Finishing is in the 95th percentile for his position I believe is what it means, not finishing at 95%. |
