Those pizza ovens you can get now are pretty good. I had a pizza making party at buddy's house. Ate the ass out of pizza that night.

if a veggie, I would choose a ton of mushrooms, but if I could only have a normal amount, then yeah, banana peppers or jalapenos.

We were so broke it was 50lb bags of potatoes and we made fries with a pot of oil on the stove and Franco American canned gravy. We nearly burned the residence townhouse down one night, but the fire extinguisher was close buy.

Oh, I worked a boatload on purpose… kept me from doing stupid party things, made me enough to pay my bills/rent/etc and got me free food. I know eating food from the same menu routinely gets old but it’s still better than not eating

call me weird but I actually like the canned mushrooms on pizza a la papa johns

I’ve got 6 tomato plants just pumping out wonderful ripe tomatoes right now. Found a great way to make pasta, just grating the tomatoes down to the skin and heating them for 3 minutes in oil and garlic, turning off the heat and adding spaghetti and parm and basil.

Sandwiches with sliced tomato sitting on a piece of toasted bread with some good sharp cheddar mixed with mayo is a new joy.

I ate a bit too much last night and have had three notably large dumps myself so far today. Thankfully I’m at the age where having at least one additional TP roll in the bathroom is the norm. 👍

I’m heading to Montreal tomorrow, and it’s a lot more common there, so I’m pretty confident I’ll have it at least once this weekend.

LOVE mushrooms… not only as a pizza topping but we routinely quarter them and sauté them in vegetable oil and garlic as a snack.

Dude…you have to try Braseiro on St Laurent Blvd if you haven’t been. Small quaint, lively place with amazing food. Never miss this place when I’m there. Fantastic service and atmosphere. Love it.

Apparently this is the date Fleury signed with Chicago for his last NHL year. Still had over 30 points in just over 50 games. Not bad at the age of 34 (thought he played til he was older than that though tbh)
