I love pizza way more than I should.

We now grab the pizza kits at the grocery store (which is really a sad "kit" since it's just crusts and sauce) but then do our own toppings and throw those bad boys on parchment paper on the smoker for about 12 minutes.

If I'm feeling fancy I'll broil on super high heat for a minute or 2 to get a slight char on the top.

Good lord I'm drooling already thinking about it. So good on the smoker and on a blazing hot summer day, pizza on the cheap and the heat from cooking is all outside.

Gf's sister made some the other day basically just sauteed in olive oiil, a ton of butter, herbs. Swimming in butter. Obviously, they tasted good.
