Lol!!

How are things these days my internet friend?

How’s the stomach? I suffer from similar ailments as well. Not fun and unpredictable, like watching the Habs for the last 30 years

i finally found something that is working. it is actually for ibs, which they said i don't have, but this sometimes helps stomach issues anyway. it's called viberzi. it took like 2000 doctors but this doctor nailed it on the first try.

thanks for asking!

how have you been?

I’m SO glad that you found something straight away!! That’s huge. I hope you feel better already??

I have IBS. And it has ruined many a night and special occasions So embarrassing. So I’ve tried a food diary (ah) ….and that helps.

My biggest blessing, is that I love to cook and create in the kitchen!! With natural ingredients and take the time to do so and it ends in better results. As you know what you’ve put I to your meal rather than getting quick meals at WaWa or eating out or fast food. The sodium is off the charts and leads to most problems.

I’m no Darksyde. But I do what I can. That guy is top shelf

it's like magic. i have been feeling really good for 2 weeks now.

i had also cut back the wawa a little bit. like i don't eat 2 meals per day from there anymore. i've also mixed in a salad every once in a while when i do go there (they actually make a few pretty good salads!). i'm also eating more fruit. and i have no excuse to not eat the vegetables they want me to eat because they make some of them in steamable microwave bags now. so i eat a lot of string beans. trying to mix in some spinach. oh, and eggs. eggs are on the good list.

all that definitely helps, but the meds actually made the pains in my gut go away too. a lot of days i don't feel anything at all down there. ask your doc about it. it attaches to your opioid receptors, and that just sounds fun!

Sounds like DP’s abortion list.

But that is all great my friend. Take your food and cooking into your own hands and it make it much simpler to reject items that give you discomfort.

I wish you continued success my friend!! And I’m here if you have any inquiries as I suffer the same as you.

Dude, spinach can be awesome. Sauteed with garlic, evoo, and chili's? (Adjust chili heat to your tummy tolerance...) Quick, easy, and delicious.
If you're trying to add fruit, spinach salad with goat cheese, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, and a raspberry vinaigrette? *Chef's kiss*. All those have healthy fats, and the blueberries add antioxidants.

I expect Harris to keep improving and to raise his value. he may fight with wifi for the 3rd spot on the left, but next year Hutson will join them. eventually one or maybe two will have to go.

Hutson and Engstrom will eventually play on the left side on D IMO

We have so many good defensemen in the pipeline. It'll be fun to see which of them pan out.

We cracked Pronman's top 10 prospect list! Woo!

Habs are 5th to 9th on most prospect lists I've seen so far, depending on the cut off age.

Another solid draft year coming up and they will have a nice group of prospects coming up, some are already graduating. They just need a few more high end offensive prospects, they have quality and quantity but they lack high end players up front, not enough of them.

I think Pronman is under 23yrs old, cut off is birthday mid September if I am not mistaken

Yeah. We're losing Dach, Newhook and Caufield on that list next year I think. Might be bad for our ranking.

but Florian Xhekaj will climb the rankings as a huge surprise Then the Habs will add one of Celebrini, Eiserman or Demidov to their prospect pool

Are those the top 2024 prospect?

I haven't started focusing on those just yet.

And if we start too early, I feel like Pat my blow up.

the top 3 forwards...yes

It is early, those kids are 17yrs old for the most part, some players will take a big step forward this season or will stagnate...
