I believe there is quite a bit of research going into psilocybin having some pretty powerful (positive) effects on depression.

That’s absolutely true but I don’t think ignoring a diagnosis of early onset dementia and self medicating with psychedelics is prudent and neither is pushing that as a viable option for others on a large platform. Just going off of one tweet here but it seems psychotic lol.

As a matter of fact, I suffer from cluster headaches and there’s been significant research and experimental treatment with success using mushrooms to end a cycle of the headaches when they pop up

Not even because I could die, but mainly because everybody I know would find out that I died beating off while hanging myself.

Not even death would be sufficient escape from the embarrassment of everyone in my life finding out about that.

3rd season was more productive than his second, but neither as good as his first, yes.

there's no doubt in my mind that both kakko and lafreniere will be in the NHL until their mid to late 30's and not still desperately clinging to a pro career at age 30 like yakupov

to be fair about Lafreniere, I think he's deserved more assists than he's gotten the last year and a half or so

I think he can be a 20 goal 40 assist guy, he's a better playmaker than his stats indicate, but I very much worry about his finishing ability

Saw an interesting analysis of him the other day about how most of his goals are scored because of his positioning more than his shot. Getting to the right spot at the right time.

You've watched him more than I have, but I worry that he doesn't have the puck enough to be a consistently effective playmaker.

he's played so much time with Kakko who hasn't been able to finish either, I think if they are split up this year it will help their point totals

Yikes. Have to assume this would look better for Laf once you add in ice time, powerplay time/points etc.

Yakupov averaged 14:52 per night during that time.

Laf has averaged 14:25 per night so far.

You're right about the PP though. That is definitely where the biggest discrepency is.

Yakupov had 26 PP points in 410 minutes, or a point for every 16~ minutes of PP time.

Laf has just 6 points in 276 minutes of PP time, or one point for every 46 minutes on the powerplay.

Yakupov played the 5th most PP minutes for the Oilers in that time. Lafreniere has played the 6th most for the Rangers since joining the team.

That pretty much paints the stark picture about how PP1 has been the only unit deployed in a meaningful way in that time.
