Buffalo-
Criticize the guy who always makes the playoffs
Praise the guy who never has
Logic - sbroads24
Beane is NOT a Top 5 GM (patent pending)

Think we are in for a reality check this year. Our O-line is not up to snuff. Our D will still not be able to stop the run. I'll stick with my thoughts we should have cut Von, traded Diggs and Oliver. Not signed Poyer. Take the cap hit this year and start fresh again next year. Just pushing off the inevitable to next year
If we were all in should have signed Hopkins this year and trade for Taylor. Think we can make the wild card because Allen is him but we are old and overhyped everywhere else - Fattony1187
Yeah, next year you have to figure they do another reset. They were successful the first time, maybe we can do it again. |

We went 13-3 with 3 losses by 8 points and the 2nd ranked offense.
Yeah, that spells "need to rebuild"
Good grief |

This city is god damn addicted to draft picks and rebuilds. It’s literally all anyone wants to talk about half the time.
The Bills should definitely throw away one of Allen’s legit shots at a chip this year because some guys are old
Holy hell |

Let's take an actual 60 seconds to think about why DeAndre Hopkins landed in (frank)ing Tennessee like his ancient predecessor, Julio Jones. |

I won't even bother with 'the heat game' and whatever the (frank) that was against the Jets, but the Vikings game was some real bozo poop that goes beyond 'shoulda coulda woulda' and into the 'jfc you had one job' territory.

Hopefully kinkaid hits. Two playoff wins in two years is severely dissapointing |

Good thoughts
Lost 3 games by 8 points in the regular season.
Gotta be tempting to bring back the same team, including diggs and poyer.
Von will be back 100%

If Beane wasn't the GM, how many playoff wins would this team have had in the last two years? |

The lack of draft pick hits by Beane outside of Allen are very concerning.

For all his faults, I don't see Pegula selling to a party with out-of-town interests. He does genuinely love the Sabres so he's not handing it over to a Jim Balsillie type. Gary Bettman is also weirdly in Buffalo’s corner and has been for 20 years so I don't view relocation as a realistic threat.
I don't think Pegula is selling at all, for the record. He's too stubborn and wants to prove he wasn't the problem.
The Pegula show will continue for the foreseeable future. Tune in next month to see which VP got axed for crossing the wrong person - Hank Balling
I know I am late to the party but there is no way Pegula would sell the team without putting in an anti-relocation clause especially considering he will still own the Bills.
He wouldn't want to be the vilian while still owning another team in the same city.

Last time I checked, the Bills were already over the cap for 2024 with more than a few players to resign (18-22 players or so). Just something to factor in when discussing whether or not a reset is needed. |

Ed Oliver and Von Miller are the only D-lineman signed next year. |

Sure, I think they have faults. And I think after this season or next a lot of the defense will be re-tooled because of age.

McD said he was close, given they just traded away Boogie, it stands to reason he should be there on Week 5 or 6 at the latest. |

I didn't even know it was that much. I am hoping the reset goes as well as their first one, trading Dareus et al certainly went swimmingly for us in the long run. |
