Don't you dare speak facts. We won a playoff game two years ago. That means we don't need changes - Fattony1187
Honestly, I can see it both ways. Broads is right, burning a year of Allen is a bad thing. And anything can happen in the post season with single elimination, so it's worth trying to just get your ticket punched. At the same point, something does have to give eventually. |

But it doesn't, it's the NFL the salary cap is so flexible it's crazy, not to mention in 2025 the cap is going to jump to over $280 million.
There is no doubt there will have to be an influx of youth in this team soon but a full rebuild after winning 13 games and losing the other 3 by a combined 8 points is just insane.

You said trade Diggs and sacrifice this year, which yes that's funny. After a 13-3 year |

Last time I checked, the Bills were already over the cap for 2024 with more than a few players to resign (18-22 players or so). Just something to factor in when discussing whether or not a reset is needed. - RhinoFan
That's why Allen's contract was set up the way it is. |

Led the series 3-1. Big failure in what people were calling their "last dance".

Failure. Now what’s the connection to the Bills you’re trying to make here? |

The Bills won 13 games and had a great regular season.
It’s ultimately a failure too, no? |

Bills released OL David Quessenberry. - SABRES 89
Interesting, not surprised. I believe it was between him, Van Demark and Anderson. Given that the other two are more versatile and Quessen is really just a tackle. He was the obvious odd man out I had read. |

The chiefs have been to 3 of the last 4 Superbowls and have won 2 of them, but you know…

Did they blow up the roster, after losing to the Bengals in the AFC Championship game? |

We have a cap hit of $279M next year and $230M in 2025 with only 32 players under contract. That isn't really a "flexible" scenario for us IMO, especially given how many players at high priced positions will need to be filled by then. |

The Bills being a good regular season team I wouldn’t say is a glowing accomplishment anymore. It’s time to go. |

If John Lynch was the GM of the Bills, how would he handle this? |

Kind of yes.
They blew up the entire offensive line
Traded their best (top 5 NFL) WR

So, to be more like the Chiefs, Beane should have traded Diggs and Dawkins, and released Mitch Morse? |

How is that? Apologies, I may be talking out my ass. I know we can restructure him, but didn't think the cap savings was super significant. Is there more to be had in ensuing years? |
