nothing to lose trying.
but when I see Lekhonen on the top6 in COL...... can't help but think Armia could do the same thing.

- fidopro

well yeah, maybe if Armia lands on a cup contending team he'll start putting up points....

seriously though I wish Perry had stayed, Armia had a meaner streak to his game when he was around lol.

Armia? lol

oh and I liked Perry in mtl

but I get that he wanted another shot at the cup and not to be part of a rebuild

as I was saying, I was under the impression that a higher % of pro athletes are scum compared to the rest of the population, but perhaps the ratios are the same, I dunno.
- Pat1993

I think when it comes to pro athletes, you have kids who were told since they were young that they were special, treated differently, had many "get out of jail" free cards (which probably started with silly minor infractions that grew), and had obstacles and barriers removed by others so they could just play, etc...

Not saying every kid was treated that way.

But a higher percentage of those kids, compared to the rest of the population, would likely result in a higher % of pro-athletes being scum bags.

Also, Pat, stop posting so much, I cannot keep up now that you are back - 5 or 6 hours of no movement on the threads was much better.

will dach and gallagher stay healthy enough to get close to 20?

history says no. recent history for gallagher in case someone feels the need to point out he has scored 20 before.

Your honor may I point out that the accused is voluntarily changing the blogger's name in his responses and did so repeatedly over a long period of time despite other posters pointing out his mistake which can be both interpreted as a lack of respect towards the blogger and some form of misogeny which are against the CoC.

But yeah I get it.

actually I think he had a virus that turned into a lower-body injury last season...

he'll be fine, and he'll make your hawks eat crow (not sure if that's bird cannibalism but whatever).

I think he can be a 50 to 60 point guy, get some PP... if he can use his size more and stay out of the infirmary, then perhaps he can be more prolific.

he's got a lot of potential but yeah, obviously he needs to stay healthy, as the whole team does for that matter.

I'm seeing Suzuki's production getting higher as the seasons go, so if Dach becomes #1C that means he'll have made some frickin' giant leaps... but hey, I wouldn't complain
