Now if you wanna talk homemade pasta, the only really important thing is kneading the dough for at least 12 minutes, then letting it rest in the fridge at least an hour before rolling it out. Semolina flour is best but all purpose works, too. And for lasagna, you can't beat ground bison instead of beef...it's not greasy and crumbles to a way better and more fine texture. I like to add some pine nuts into mine but they're so dang pricey.

"So far it has been good. Past two days I’ve got a lot of DMs and a lot of messages from Russian people, Ukranian people, a lot from Czech Republic, Finland, Sweden, all over Europe people been showing great support.
I would say in my Instagram 99.9% of the messages are positive.
"I know Russia has a bot system so it takes two or three days to send some negative reviews so I’m expecting them to come to my page too."
He said he knows his comments mean he can't go back to see his parents in his homeland anytime soon:
"I probably can’t go back anytime soon until Putin (isn’t) president or the regime is still there.
But Florida is my home now so I'm enjoying my time there."

It is not an age thing in the absolute sense., but it is related. It is a question if cognitive ability...not sure we are there with any testing that would prove early enough of declining capability before it is too late.
