I dont see that he works anywhere in the NHL right now.
We thought he was working with his kids team.

I thought he stepped down, I didn’t see him on the bench at all last season. What do I know

He is only a Development Coach, doubt he's on the bench much at all. |

The odd thing is he was tearing up good defenses up until mid-way last season against the Jets
There's a giant disconnect somewhere on that team right now - sbroads24

Going into the season with:
A top 5 dman
A top 30 dman
A top 10 center
A top 10 power forward
Skilled youth
Adams:
Has the season resting on a rookie goalie who believes life is like a video game. You just saw how quickly a billion dollar idea can disappear….Adams and the Sabres have a six figure idea and the hype train has them making the playoffs.
I have 0 expectations for the Sabres and all I want to see from the Bills is aggressive effort to put Josh in the right environment to thrive.
I’ll hang up and listen |

Teams figured Dorsey out - Wetbandit1
The draw on 2nd and 15 in OT was a terrible call.
Outside of that though, I don’t think he called as bad of a game as made out to be.
The first interception was a prayer on 3rd down and was irrelevant, the next two Jets were sitting in two high all game.
It’s not Dorsey’s fault Allen doesn’t throw to an open Kincaid or Diggs and forces an INT to Davis on the sidelines in the 4th Quarter.
It’s Week 1, the Bills will be more then ok. If anything getting smacked in the mouth this early can pay dividends moving forward

The gameplan was designed for check downs and safe football, it’s beyond moronic to coach someone like Allen that way.
As usual your 2D view of the world is wrong.

I think it's a little of both. The Jets were taking away the big plays, and Dorsey hasn't been able to consistently scheme guys open more than 6 yards from the LoS. Allen shouldn't have to throw the ball 60mph through an almost closed window to hit an open receiver downfield like he did on the tying drive. |

Yes, because the defence dictated that.
If a defence is going to give you the underneath throws, you take what the defence gives you.
If Allen took the underneath throws more often instead of playing hero ball, the Bills would have won the game last night.

Touché,
coaching is limited as Ken is new and has never had access to the tools Allen possesses. Allen has more talent but when the sweating starts he relies on instinct and the coach doesn’t think is on his level (IMO) so Allen doesn’t listen. |

Possibly, could also be the personnel too though.
I wonder how much shorter Gabe Davis’ rope would be if it weren’t for one amazing playoff game two years ago |

I don't think Dorsey layers his receivers very good. It's either 5yrds or 30yrds. Buffalo should have receivers breaking at atleast 3 levels probably 4 if you're running a 12 set with 2 TE's. And Allen needs to calm down in that pocket, he takes of almost immediately and he doesn't need to do it sometimes. He caused a lot of the pressure himself last night. And you can still run with the Ball, just slide. He could have run for the 1st on that 1 crappy long ball to Diggs. |

During the greatest bull run of our lives, as a stock trader, you failed to tap the equity in real estate.

Go on twitter. People have broken down plays and screenshot plays. Allen had open WRs and Dorsey did fine.
This whole game is on allen. Just stop with the Dorsey garbage |

I am not blaming it all on Dorsey, already said Allen was horrible. Plenty of screen shots with WR's covered to. |
