Common practice in not buying as many UFA years. Those out years cost more and therefore don't factor into the AAV equation.

The AAV would have been higher had they factored in more out years.
Makes sense right? Ask yourself why Dahlin only would want 5 years...cause the 6, 7, 8 years will be worth more than now...so if he were to sign for 8 years, that higher prices gets factored in ...resulting in a higher AAV.

No problem! She's still fighting. She wants to go to Vegas one last time. Couldn't get approval to fly, so I am Renting a Motor Home and gonna drive there for Halloween. Take a nice trip and pick up my Brother in Tennessee and all drive there together and have one last Fiesta with Her.
