Nope we see that. We’ve all admitted Adams has done great at stockpiling prospects.

He’s also had chances to make upgrades and has failed to do so.

They're young, growing and have a coaching staff that knows how to push the right buttons apparently...

Cozens, 60+ pts playing with 2 rookies, who (until a freak injury) looked like both were poised for breakouts.

Power sophmore year. Looked like a pro from the start of the year.

Only way this team regress' imo is if Donnie cant implement the defensive side and the goalies are the same or worse than last year.

A GM against one of the better Sports Agencies in the NHL. Dahlin has been around losing his whole Career in Buffalo. Things might be looking up and Vibey, doesn't mean a smart Hockey player can't see Adams is putting a season on a rookies Shoulders and maybe some other things.

Panthers finished with 78

Both switched GM’s and they have turned around the roster with less in a reasonable time frame.

There are literal comps that can be used to measure Adams work so far.

the overall biggest point of optimism i continue to carry is that most of this team is still developing. With the talent level here, it's not out of the question that the team as a whole improves in a linear fashion. casey gives us a whole season. thompson grows his two way game. cozens, quinn, peterka, greenway grow their offense.

dahlin, sam, power keep growing their games. same with levi. maybe even tuch as well.

team defense is going to be a strong key to the season.

We went through those comps like 3 weeks ago and they're flawed.

There is a handful of valid criticism that just gets pushed aside by these adams simps

Goaltending question marks, olofsson, signing bottom pair dman when you need top 4, still need a middle 6 two way winger, resigned all of our 12th forwards before free agency even began

Ffs Biron on the radio yesterday talking about is olofsson going to be a more complete 200' player. The dude can't play 5v5 we've known it for 3 years why are we still talking about it. Now he's penciled in because of injury when he should have been shot to the moon. Tatar signed for 1.5 mil while we continue to tote around a 4.75 mil 5v5 anchor that doesn't have a spot on the PP anymore

Was just a general discussion a week or two ago. Some FAs would've been nice, but it wasn't like we could afford to give Killorn a 4 year 6.5M deal. Orlov wanted to stay on Boston or go to a contender. I guess it includes all options that aren't pretty easily thrown out...like we weren't going to sign ROR despite him being an upgrade over Krebs. Gudas was a good option, but we weren't giving him $4M on a multi year deal at his age. Basically, everyone we went through outside Petry and DeSmith either weren't big upgrades, were 4th liners or just simply weren't signing for a non SC contender. Very little "fell through the cracks" on Adams.
