as a blogger I think Karine does have her own personal standards, she always puts out quality stuff, but for posters in general on HB it's best not to think about it too hard and go with the flow. can't be disappointed when you have zero standards or expectations lol.

true, some were better than others but I don't recall one being unprofessional or incompetent.

aw

if the standards ever get too low, then you might need to simply dim the lights a bit more, so that you don't necessarily see everything...

I was half joking, but...

anyway, I think its good to laugh at oneself and one own situation, if only to make it less dramatic than it is

definitely, 100%. humor can help cope with a lot of situations, if you don't allow yourself to laugh about anything than it can only get sadder.

We still pale in comparison to the Yotes' Adam French and James Tanner.

last season they finished what? 27th?
I expect them to be better (kids improving) and to have less injuries. so 24th seems about right

yeah, I wouldn't bet on them making the playoffs but I think they'll be in the mix for most of the season if they're healthy...

3 spots higher than last year would be rather disappointing for an "improvement".

if they continue to get better as slowly as you're implying, by the time they become competitive Suzuki and Caufield will be close to retirement lol.

I also don't expect Montembeault to be above 0.900 again, so, balance.

no, but even them are not done improving. they'll peak in a few years.
